i always use oxyclean, mixed very strong. pour on stains blot, if stains are really bad pour on stains, do not blot. just keep pouring it on after it dries deep clean entire carpet.

Believe it or not, shaving cream. Wet the stained spot, spray the foam to cover the spot, and scrub it all over with an old wet terry cloth hand towel. Soak a clean towel with clear water and start rinsing.When all the soap is gone, blot the excess water from the carpet. Fluff it up a little and let it dry. Don't throw those towels away! Wash in warm water, but do not add any soap unless its' needed.
