How long will baking soda deordorant work for?

Question:I've started using this for my underarms since Monday and it's working well so far. It's taking away the odour. There's still some sweating, so I use Drysol to eliminate that. But, with experience, i want to know for those that use the soda as deordarant, how long did it work before it stopped working, if it did?

Nothing lasts forever especially chemicals in the order eating arena. Eventually the bacteria that you are trying to control will emerge as the soda is rendered useless - depleted. For some that can be by noon, others by dinner time or the trip home from the office. The lucky ones whose underarm flora and fauna are of the more genteel nature -- maybe two days. Since my stuff doesn't stink, baking soda works from shower to shower.
