My Washer won't pump the water out?
Question:I can drain the water by manually moving the drain tubing below the hole in the bottom of the washer. Anyone know how to fix this? This is a new problem, the washer was working fine yesterday

your drain could be clogged,drain hose kinked or clogged,water pump defective,plastic housing timer could be defective,pump coupling defective,metal housing timer defective no spin.
Some washers have a belt that runs the pump. Some have a separate pump, and some washer pumps run when the motor does. That's as good as I can tell it without knowing the brand and if anything else works besides filling..
