Go to Pep Boys and by a bottle of engine degreaser. Mix 1part of degreaser to 6 parts of water. Spay on the stains and let it sit for 15 min. Then wash as usual.in warm water. Body Oils and deodorants are not completely removed in cold water.

You can use a color safe bleach it will get the marks out.
The stain/smell is essentially there for life... Throw it away and get a new one.
not easy, try to soak your clothes in soapy water before washing also buy fabric refresherer, you can use conditioner, but as somebody mentioned before the smell will probably stay forever, so prepare yourself to throw the clothes and buy new ones. Good luck.
Well I find the best thing for this is the good old fashioned bar soap , you know the soap the one used for washing clothes, you can find this in your local hardware store. First soak your clothes in cold water , I say this as with stain´s the more heat you add the harder it becomes to remove them,. So soak in cold water , remove from water & rub in the soap. Leaving the clothes free from the water, and with the soap on,say 1/2 hr. This will let the soap do it´s work. Now back to the cold water give a little rub,add more soap. This time leaving the soap on ,pop into your machine on a normal wash. Then hang outside in the sun, making sure you have then turned inside out. The sun will do the rest of the work by bleaching any remaining stain´s out the natural way. Always best to turn the clothes inside out , like this your coloured clothes don´t become faided by the sun
