Answers:
I can help with this problem and first of all let me point out that Bleach will turn whites yellow this is a well known fact about bleach especially if the item is soaked in it, never soak any item in bleach and bleach will not remove dyes from materials
Get the yellow out of clothing

To restore yellowed clothing, let the garments soak overnight in a solution of 12 parts warm water to 1 part vinegar. Wash them the following morning

Or use one cup vinegar to your wash water without any detergent added or any fabric softner, as vinegar will clean and soften your clothes without fabric softner soak over night or just three to four hours then put on full cycle dry on low or delicate cycle in dryer or line dry away from sunlight or extreme heat

This will help you remove the black spots you mentioned: Unset old stains

Older, set-in stains will often come out in the wash after being pretreated with a solution of 3 tablespoons white vinegar and 2 tablespoons liquid detergent in 1 quart (1 liter) warm water. Rub the solution into the stain, then blot it dry before washing.

This will help during those other times when you buy new or used clothes Make new clothes ready to wear

Get the chemicals, dust, odor, and whatever else out of your brand-new or secondhand clothes by pouring 1 cup white vinegar into the wash cycle the first time you wash them.
Brighten your loads

Don't waste money on that costly all-color bleach when you can get the same results using vinegar? Just add 1/2 cup white vinegar to your machine's wash cycle to brighten up the colors in each load.

This method will also work on Blues or Reds colors that bleed Stop reds from running

Unless you have a fondness for pink-tinted clothing, take one simple precaution to prevent red -- or other brightly dyed -- washable clothes from ruining your wash loads. Soak your new garments in a few cups of undiluted white vinegar for 10-15 minutes before their first washing. You'll never have to worry about running colors again!

Good Luck !

OK--- Don't panic. Get some Clorox 2 and a small plastic bucket. Add about a 1/2 cup of Clorox 2 to the warm water and dissolve it. Soak your top in it overnight. Add more Clorox if needed.

If you don't have a wash bucket, you can use your sink.

Sounds like you really Love that top.
Good Luck !!
