Static.?
Question:Could anyone please tell me why do I have so much static, daily no matter what I touch I shock. Im getting so fed up. My diet hasn't changed, I use fabric softner but still I shock. Why is that?

Try spraying Static Guard on your clothes and maybe that will help. I use fabric softener in the wash and then fabric sheets in the dryer to.

I use the spray can stuff once I get dressed...it's in a blue can with orange lid in the laundry isle.
You can also, once dressed, rub a fabric sheet on your clothing (hit and miss) and that can be helpful.
The air is too dry. You can run a small fountain and that will help. Also don't shuffle your feet. If you get static on your clothes, take wet hands from water and push them down your clothes (I have on a clingy skits and this worked wonders).
