Try using a cream cleanser and then wash down with methylated spirits
get a new one
B&Q sell drums of acid for cleaning mortar stains off bricks, I keep a drum in the house for a multitude of cleaning jobs. It will remove rust stains, streaking deposits of lime , and I am certain it will remove your stains in the shower. Go to the builders section of your store. 2.5 litre pack
lemon juice and vinegar work! fact.
With out knowing what has caused them it's hard to comment. But I use bleach on mine, leave it for 5 mins or so to do it's work. Then wash off with a nail brush. Then rub dry with a towel. Then finish off with a window cleaning spray.
I have to agree with Nola. I work as a cleaner and have same problem with shower screens (I work in a building where there is 3 showers for 20 people) the only thing that I find that ever works is cream cleaner and a scourer pad (do not worry if you use either an old one or a new one but use it gently it will not damage the screen).
Hope you find this helpful.
Try using Thieves. I use it all the time on mold and mildew in my bathroom. It always gets rid of it. You can get this cleaner at www.moldrx4u.com
Cilit bang has alway worker for me.
I have found rubbing alcohol to be a great inexpensive cleaner for just about anything in the house(except wood of course.). I use it on the tub, windows, frig, etc. Just be careful not to inhale the fumes. You can dilate it in water, also. It is a great grease cutter. I hope it will work.
