Steam and Wool Suits?

Question:Hey guys, have a question for ya. A wool suit of mine has some wrinkles in it. I don't really have time to take it to the cleaners, so I was wondering if I ran the shower extra hot in my bathroom and got the entire room really steamy, and hung the suit up in the room, away from the water of course, will that help smooth out some of the wrinkles? I have heard that you can do it, but I don't want to ruin my suit. Any advice would be great!
Thanks

Answers:
It works OK for shirts but I am pretty sure it is too much moisture for a wool suit. It really does not get out the wrinkles all that well.

Why don't you just iron it gently with a warm to extra warm iron? Steam will not do anything. Plus if the suit is dirty, it will increase the smell.
