has info on shampooing a mattress for stains, etc. And I've actually vacuumed mine several times.
use a stem cleaner on both, if you don't have one i would suggest buying one, you ll find endless uses for it like keeping your carpets fresh, windows, laminate/tiles/mirrors etc, get one that pressurises the steam, there much better, don't listen to anyone that says unpressurised ones are better, there crap!, you have to wait a while to refill the pressurised ones but that's an excuse to take a break!! you ll know a pressure one by the metal outer layer and the gauge on it.
thell kill all the bed bugs and there egs in your matress and tyour carpets too!
