What is fault code F30 on the Whirlpool Duet front-loading washing machine? How do you fix it?
Question:When I start the cycle, I hear a grinding/clicking noise and no water fills the washer. Then I get fault code F30. What does this mean? How do I correct the problem? Thx!

Couldn't find the code listed in the Service Manual, but it does give instructions on how to run troubleshooting modes.

F/H is no water detected, couldn't hurt to check that the valves are open. I've been known to get distracted by a fancy error message, and fail to check the obvious!
RTB, down load the manual then read it. Sounds like the machine is broke to me, but I've never read the manual.
I couldn't find this code. Call Whirlpool Customer Service. They should be able to tell you what this code means and how to fix it. They may need to send service to fix it. I wouldn't use it again tillI called Whirlpool.
