Room Cleaning?

Question:I am soo disorganized my room is a mess. I want to prove to my mom that I am more responsible and able to save money so I can get another rabbit even though she swears to it that I'm not allowed. I want to surprise her when she coes back home and sees my room spotless, but right now its a pig sty. Usualy whn I clean my room i look worse then it did when I started. I have clothes (clean and dirty) thrown everywhere and tash everywhere and old sentamental stuffed animals. Can someone please help me and tell me how I can not get so distracted while cleaning my room. Thanxs all help is appreciated.

P.S. My mom is only going to be gone for an hour.

Answers:
S tart with the clothes; Make a pile for the laundry and take it to the laundry area or at least in a basket. Put away any clean laundry. Throw out the trash. Sort the other things, and arrange them neatly somewhere in your room. Throw out anything you feel you can part with, or take a picture, and keep that, not the item. Once you get your room clean, dust it and vacuum it. Then every day, spend 10 minutes putting it right before you go to bed. Make a habit of dealing with your clothes when you are changing. Take your trash out daily.
Don't bring food or drinks into your room. Good Luck.

put your clothes in the laundry or put them away, line the stuffed animals on the dresser but most importantly, once its clean put stuff away that you are done using, not only will your room stay cleaner, but your mom will see you as more responsible, =another rabbit
turn on some music, rewash ALL you clothes, find a place to store all your sentimental stuff, and throw away anything and everything that you don't need (even if it might be a little sentimental)
Ok i know who rights the organization bible her name is linda koopersmith and she writes this awesome book

But if i were you i would go to the nearest big lots and buy me some containers they are very cheap there and bring very good help
Make your room one topic like tropical tiki modern or antique remember you are your room. You express it the way you want to. ( not to much though ) Your closets are the best way to hide stuff. ( Big lots )

The Best Stores To Buy Things For YOUR Room.
1. Big Lots
2. Target
3. Dollar Tree
4. Walmart
5. Lowe's
And there you go. How to redecorate your room!
Break up your room into zones and tackle each one for 15 minutes at a time. Set a timer, but do not try and race to finish before the timer goes off. Just work on a zone for 15 min, If you dont finish take a break for 5 min. and set the timer again and tackle more. Make sure to take breaks or you will get overwhelmed. DO NOT turn on the tv it can be a huge distraction, even the music channels are distracting. Put on an upbeat CD and dont try to tackle anything you cant possibly do in the hour that you have like reorganizing drawers or closets.. A way to keep you room spotless from here on out is to break your room down into steps and do one or two each day. That makes it more managable than the "crisis cleaning" that you are trying to do now. Check out this site for more help: http://flylady.com/
The first thing you need to do is get a garbage bag and fill it with the things you don't need or use. Take it to the GoodWill. Then you need containers to organize everything. The more you organize the easier it will be to keep clean.
