For a natural approach, club soda gets out lots of difficult stains... like grape juice and/or grape jelly.
Other things that help are - Goof Off - which is like a dry cleaning type fluid... it gets off difficult grease & oil stains.

Oxy Clean is a wonderful thing..Also try soaking the stains as soon as you get home will help, or carrying a tide/bleach pen to hit it(sometimes works)
I'm a Chef and have the same problem with my chef coats.Oxyclean, Tide, and Bleach are my best friend:)
