How much should I pay someone to clean my two bedroom one bath house? It's about 700 sq ft.?

Question:I am looking at hiring someone to clean my two bedroom, one bath house. It's got a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, on e bath and an office. Just have no clue what to expect to have to pay or how long it should take someone. Any advise is greatly appreciated. We live in Sonoma County.

NO MORE THAN 50 DOLLARS .

100 ? OR 200 NO WAIT 90 80 70 50
$90 - more if you need the refrigerator or stove cleaned.
Should be based on an hourly rate + trip charge. Most residential housekeeping services will give you a quote via the phone but ballbark figure would be 4 hours at 20 per hour plus 20 trip charge so 100.
If you're going with an individual and not a service, I say $10/hr. I clean houses in Santa Fe, NM and make about $2.25 more than the local minimum wage. Hope that helps!
I clean with a cleaning company and I just finished my training and I am now recieving 15 an hour.

But I clean for this one lady and I only charge her 10 an hour, I use her cleaners and all of that..And once in awhile she makes me dinner.

Honestly dont charge more than 10 an hour, if that person does extra work like the stove or the inside of your fridge and freezer then add on another 20 dollars or so.
