How can I make a 100% cotton shirt shrink about an inch?
Question:I have some shirts I stretcehd out with fabric softener, but they have they have streteched out too long. I want to make them shrink aabout an inch so they are not as big as my over shirts or about the same size.

If it is 100% cotton all you will have to do is wash it in HOT water...if the color will allow and not fade. Check label.
I would suggest washing them in really hot water . Then dry them on hot. Hope this helps and Good Luck !
it might shrink if u wash it in hot water and then dry it with heat in the dryer
