You must be washing your black clothes with towels and this is what they are picking up is the lint from the towels or some garment that is shedding, I can help you with this, just add one cup of White Vinegar to your wash load and put on a full cycle without added detergent, do not add any fabric softner as Vinegar softens and removes odors and residues from your laundry it will also sanitize and disinfect Vinegar is an all purpose cleaner/degreaser and can be used all around your home and in your laundry, it is safe and gentle, also use the hottest water your laundry can handle and don't put any towels with black clothes as black tends to attract lint more than any other color, for reasons I am not sure why; but it does. Good Luck !
wash soft cottons and blacks in cold water, to prevent fading. Using the same texture of fabrics together helps to prevent the balling up of fibers on the material. Make sure you don't wash with blue jeans or towels... they are harsh on the other softer fabrics.
if you wash all your blacks together, you can redie them.. using a cold water/vinegar and salt based die. Check dyes with a person at the craft store. they should be able to tell you what you need and how to dye those, so you get a richer black that is permanent.
The dryer sets anything on the fabric, but the washer needs to be on cold to prevent bleeding from the fabric.
Use something like Woolite or Clorox 2 for colors...
THE STICKY ROLLER ,SOLD AT THE DOLLAR STORE ,YOU CAN JUST ROLL IT ON YOU CLOTH AND THE IT LL REMOVE EVERYTHING NICE AND EASY
I wonder if there was a tissue in the wash machine. They make a mess of itty bitty pieces of lint on dark clothes.
Try a lint rollers to get that lint off your black clothes. They have sticky paper you roll over clothes or furniture. When the paper gets full, you tear it off and there's a new one underneath. I'll put a link below so you can see what they look like. They're sold in just about every grocery, dollar, and discount store.
When you wash your clothes, wash them turned inside out. You can use Sellotape to take of the fluff. Will take a bit of time , just stick the sticky side of the tape against the clothes, and the peel back.
wahsthem inside out in the future. I do this with certain shirts.
