Its a polymer resin etc. Dish soap won't work at all! Its your new buddy! The chemicals nessasary to remove will leave a bigger stain.

why don't you try applying oil? it always worked for me!
I've always heard fingernail polish remover got out crazy glue. Get the non acetone one though... I'd dab it on a cotton ball then on the shirt and not put the remover directly on your shirt.
