How do you clean water stains out of raw silk espadrilles?

Question:I have a pair of espadrilles with raw silk uppers that have water stains from having to walk in the rain. Any ideas on how to remove the stains?

I would take it to the dry cleaners and if they couldn't get it out then theres no hope for it.
