How do I clean a pink suede handbag?
Question:My favourite pink suede handbag is looking faded and generally grubby. Any suggestions on how best to clean it welcome. Tried dry cleaning shops but no one seems to clean suede. Tempted to shove it in washing machine but that's prob a really bad idea!

Cleaning suede isn't easy. You could try wiping a damp, almost dry wash cloth or paper towel. I saw a suede cleaner at Payless Shoe Source. It might work for bags I'm not completely sure.
go to the shoe repair place or the local supermarket shoe polish isle and get a small can of spot remover/dry cleaning fluid. Get a small brush meant for suede. put the liquid on a clean cotton cloth and rub in circles all over the spots. finish off by buffing the suede up with the brush to raise the nap. let if dry and the cleaning fluid smell wear off (usually over nite) and your bag should be sitting pretty !
There is an easy suede cleaner in the shoe department! It sprays on and then it has a brush on it. check walmart-the cheapest price!
