I had some pee in my bed,?
Question:now i have this horrible smell, I have tried frebrez, air freshner, anyone have any other ideas? I dont really have the money to be a new mattres, There has to be some way of getting ride of this smell

ok heres the great way to save that mattres... used to do this when my kids had accidents
first get a bar of soap.. any kind of scent you like.. i use irish spring.. get a washcloth and lather it up with soap.. starting at edge of the stain scrub all the way around working your way to the center and all... then take a absorbent towel place over cleaned area ... now jump up and down to soak in the moisture... once you soaked up the moisture check the area make sure no area of stain is left that you might have missed. if there is just repeat the steps.. once your completly done rub your hand across to make sure its dry enough it wont mildew... turn a fan on to finish drying or use a hair dryer... congrats stain is gone and smells really good as well.. it does really work...i used this method alot when kids were young... use a white towel to soak up and youll see just what all comes out..try cleaning a clean spot with this and check your towel youll be amazed ..
Maybe sprinkle a bit of baking soda on the mattress?
It works for odours in the fridge, so maybe it will take the small out of your mattress?

If you dont mind staining your mattress, you could always put bleach on it..that will kill anything. Also, if you can, (its good for you to do this anyway), take your mattress outside and let it sit in the sun for a couple hours. Down here in the South, its a pretty common practice. It kills odor, bed bugs and generally freshens your mattress. If you try it you will see.
