What can be used to remove corrosion on coins?

i have hundreds of dollars in coins that be in the bottom of a wishing very well
extremely corroded how can i clean it?

Dont use pepsi or a knock off it doesnt work,

pour the coke surrounded by a glass bowl and let the coins drop surrounded by the coke, let them sit for about 15 minutes I don`t know longer if really bad but that should do the trick.

I did this once contained by chemistry class and I was suprised how to do this. We used a steel wool pad to carry most of it off. Then, we used a pencil eraser to finish cleaning it up. coke :)
