What is the best thing to use to get stains out of chef jackets?
Question:i've tried bleach and stuff but i can't really get them white anymore
Answers:
shout is great to spray on the stains, and use oxiclean in the washer
you might try soaking them is Tri Sodium Phosphate, TSP, sold at home centers, it is a strong, industrial cleaner that will take dried paint out of paint brushes.
ERA laundry detergent is great in removing many food stains & if you have grease stains on your clothing, pour some Dawn dish soap on the grease stains, rub in well, & wash as you'd normally do. The Tide laundry pens & the Clorox laundry pens work well too as a pre treater.
I have found that a miracle product for stains on whites is "didi-seven". I get it from Walgreen's. There are also internet addresses on the tube...www.interwood.com, and www.didiseven.com. Make sure to follow directions, and you will have a brand new (looking) Chef's jacket!!
Pre soak in dishwasher detergent. It is formulated to remove food.
