Remember always waterproof your shoes regularly to avoid mishaps like this becoming hard to get out. A waterproofer is just like wax for a car, keeps it in mint condition and makes spills easy to get off.
i honestly would take them to a shoe person somewhere or look up things from professtionals on the internet so you don't ruin them more doing wat people think you should you know?
I always get grease all over my stuff. Put Palmolive or Dawn dish soap on them and gentle rub it in. Leave it on there for an hour then rinse it really good.I had suede shoes once and worked at a fast food resturant, spilled grease all over it and it got it out.
