Take and rub hydrogen peroxide on it and let it stand,then launder in cold water and some bleach if possible...

soak the stain in hot salty water. the salt should dissolve the blood away. once soaked wash with detergent. (ie in the washing machine!!

If the clothes were dried it's too late the heat actually cooks and sets in the stain. SO never put something stained in the drier if you want the stain to come out. But for all stains use Holy Cow a product from walmart thats great for the environment, non toxic. It's also good for stainless steel, counter tops, windows, and even granite. get it at Walmart 4 under $2. good luck
try using hydrogen perxiode, just like the kind for medicinal purposes.

Someone said this before but it is true. Hospitals use peroxide to remove blood stains because the peroxide breaks down the bloods' protein.
