How do I keep a new washing machine level?

Question:We have a brand new washing machine, and I have done everything in the directions to get the thing "level". It seems no matter what I do, the new machine rattles and knocks and vibrates when in "spin" cycle. Is it just sensitive? Am I missing something? I know about making the loads "balanced", I know about the extra front nuts being screwed up to lock in place. Nothing seems to work, to get the wash basin to spin evenly. Any ideas?

Answers:
You may be over loading the machine if that is not the case you should call the manufacturer, there is probably a number in the instruction book you received with the machine. If it is new it should be under some sort of warranty as it sound like a default if you are not over-loading.

We solved this problem by adjusting the little feet on the bottom of the machine, then we got two clothes pegs and wedged the machine and it goes no where.
'Mea' has the answer that's what I did as well.
