Hopefully you haven't put it into the drier (if you have, unfortunately you've probably set the stain). If you haven't here are two ways of getting that ink stain out.
If it's a cotton shirt, take a little rubbing alcohol and put it into a small dish. Then bunch up the material that has the stain and place it into the little dish w/the alcohol (you want to minimize the contact the rest of the shirt has with the ink that will, hopefully be dissolved into the alcohol.) do NOT rub, touch, or handle the cloth just be patient give it an hour or two and you'll see how much of the ink as been removed (if, at a certain point you see that the ink has dissolved into the alcohol so much that it's a dark blue, or black, just take a paper towel and absorb as much alcohol as you can without touching the cloth, and replace with fresh rubbing alcohol.)
The other one that works if the stain is fresh. IS... Milk! yes place the milk into a little dish (the same way that I suggested for the alcohol one above) and let it sit. There are enzymes in the milk that remove the ink.
These two tricks are courtesy of my Cuban mom, who had to wash and iron, white Catholic-school Uniform shirts for 3 kids (many, many ink stains!)

I think hairspray works. I've sprayed it on there, then washed it like you would with Shout and it came out. Depends on the ink probably. Not the aerosol can though, try the other stuff.
Make a paste of lemon juice and baking soda. spread it on the stain and put it in the sun for a few hours. Wash normally but don't dry until you see if the stain is removed. Drying will set the stain.

Most inks will come out with rubbing alcohol.( that`s why hairspray sometimes works )
Try the hairspray, spray it really good and wet, let is soak then treat it.
what color is the shirt?
If it is a white t shirt you might want to try ZOUT (I found it at biglots) with the hotest water that you have!
just use rubbing alcohol, that usually does it. put 1 part alcohol to 2 part water, pour it on the stain, and use dawn or any other dish washing detergent you have , and rub it out. They also say Hairspray. works.
Use rubbing alcohol before washing. Washing will set the stain.
go to the pharmacy and get some isopropyl alcohol 90% and just dab it onto the stain. it got a white out splatter out of a pair of black jeans.
There are many ways to remove ink from a piece of clothing, some more effective than others. Ink is a hard thing to remove, good luck.
Removing ink can be done using:
1) Alcohol (90% is better)
2) Glycerin
3) Hairspray
4) Nail Polish Remover (only use on cotton, first testing an area)
