An enzymatic cleaner such as Shout or Oxyclean.
Spray and Wash will work. You need to pre-treat them before you wash them. Spray them with the spray and wash and let them sit overnight. Then spray them again and let it sit overnight again and then wash them the next day. That should do it.

full strength liquid laundry detergent. rub or BRUSH into fabric. set about 5 minutes prior to wash.
I've had very good luck with Era poured directly on the stains, left to sit for 10 minutes or so and then washed in cold water.
Grass stains will usually come out of your clothes if you pre-treat with vinegar before machine washing.
SHOUT works better than anything else I've tried.
