nothing will harm the granite, it will just dull the finish that makes it shiney..
you can purchase granite safe wipes (like the lysol or clorox wipes in a stay-moist container) at home depot..they work great..
anything... as far as i know granite is GRANITE and it really won't be damaged by much, lol...
