In the detergent area of larger stores, there is a product called Rit. One is for whitening whites. It gives the option to boil the clothing. This option works best.

get some oxiclean.. a blue spray bottle ..its scotchguard spot and stain remover for carpets but i use it on clothes an all
use that as a pre soak.spray down the spots and thenlet it sit about 5 mins and then wash with your reg detergent
this should lift the stains..
