Would these shrink in the dryer?

Question:do cotton/spandex shirts shrink in the dryer? lol, i feel dumb...but hey, i forget these things. =]

Answers:
Probably they will! Especially if you wash in hot water. With Spandex you should always wash in cold water and lay flat to dry on a drying rack or screen. If you hang dry them they will get funky stretched out!

Yes! They'll shrink, so hang to dry.
It is best to line dry or flat dry. Heat is hard on the spandex.
cotton does shrink. i am not sure a/b spandex, but it may alittle. The more cotton the more it will shrink. So, 100% cotton shrinks more than 50% cotton.

But it may also be prewashed, which means that its been preshrunk.

Even if its not prewashed, it doesn't shrink too much.

What you can do is put it in the dryer for 5 to 10 minutes and then hang it on a line or drying rack to dry the rest of the way.

Or you could completely avoid the dryer

Hope this helps.
There is a possibility they won't shrink enough to make a difference; however the spandex will not too well in the dryer and won't be "spandexy" any longer.
