First check the type of finish on the floor. If you know the manufacturer this should be rather easy to determine. Your local Lowes or HomeDepot should have a number of products for waxing. Most have pretty simple directions right on the can. I would suggest that you avoid waxing the floor if possible as it makes re finishing the floor in the future that much harder.
