Answers:
lipstick normally has mosturizer. So it makes it an oil based stain. Use Coke Cola on it. It will lift the stain out. Use warm water, to get the soda and stain out.

They have solution on getting all sorts of stains out.
Oxyclean powder. Make a paste of it with water. Works every time.
Do you have any Baking Soda? Try that and Dawn soap or any other disp soap and blot the lipstick stain with a paper towel.
If that don't work after tryin use cold water and blot with a paper towel.

Alcohol
Using a cloth (again, preferably white), dab the stain with rubbing alcohol.
Gently rub dishwashing detergent onto the stain with your finger.
For persistent stains, apply a stain remover stick to the stain and leave it on for a few minutes.
Wash the shirt (only if it's machine washable, of course).

The stuff that comes in a dryel kit. its an at home dry cleaning kit. the solution in there takes out everything. the kit is like 12 bucks... its worth it if you really like the shirt and you can use it on other clothes too. save some money on dry cleaning.
A cheaper solution is just plain white ivory soap. its great on all types of satins on clothes and even furniture or carpets.
Try shampoo, it's designed to work on oily stains.
CLOROX RUB IT TOGETHER(ONLY IF IT'S WHITE) THEN WASH YOU CAN ALSO USE SIMPLE GREEN THAT TAKES OUT ANYTHING YOU CAN GET THAT AT THE AUTOMOTIVE STORE OR HARDWARE STORE JUST SPRAY IT ON AND RUB IT IN LET IT SIT AND THEN WASH IT JUST LIKE A REGULAR WASH WORKS EVERYTIME WORKS ON ANYTHING.......
