Why there is a yellow patch on my every shirt in the centre, no stain on vest?

It may be due to the water in which u washes your shirts daily. The water may highly contain iron or disolved iron oxides..

It may be also the patch caused by rust . Do you place ur shirt in a wire which is affected by Rust ??
