Any t shirts to be wash warm or cold or hot to not shrink?

and the dryer too..cant be on HOT.. put it on delicates or something similar
T-shirts, as well as any cotton fabric should be washed in cold water if you don't want to shrink. Don't forget though that a hot dryer can shrink them too so use permanent press setting, or cool, or best yet, hang them up. If you don't have a clothes line, put them on hangers in the shower. (or around the house if you don't mind the look.)

You should always check the label. Even if the material has been pre shrunk there is no guarantee that the tshirt would shrink.
Cold will give less shrinkage
