Which liquid laundry detergent(s) does not contain animal fat?

Question:A washer repairman said liquid detergent clogs up the motor but powder detergent doesn't dissolve well in cold water so I like to use liquid. Or, can you recommend a powder detergent that does dissolve in cold water?

B>S>! soaps are made from fats, not modern DETERGENTS. that was a LOAD of crap! modern detergents have chemicle water softeners and if they are binding then you have seriously HARD WATER and need a water softener installed. dont call that same guy back!
