Remove burns from stovetops?


Question:i accidentally left the stove unattended, yes i know that was stupid of me, but I've tried and tried to remove the burn with some cleaning formula and it isn't doing much. I burned it with water.:(

Mix some cream of tartar with white vinegar and apply it to the bad spots let it sit and then wipe it off. It works great.tfw


try baking soda and white vinegar, make a paste and scrub well

I used the Mr clean magic eraser on mine. It worked.
when i clean mines and there is usually burned spots i use 409 and comet w/bleach thee spray kind and let it sit for a few minutes then use some elbow grease

This works great. Take any dishwasher soap. If it's liquid, just apply it to the stain, it it's powder mis with enough water to form a thick paste. Spread that on the stain. Let is sit at least 3 hours. With very little work, it'll clean right up and be a good as new! Good luck!
I use to clean for the military when the families moved out of the housing. I cleaned alot of stoves and the best thing I found for cleaning a stove it a straight razor blade.
