How to remove stains from mesh shorts? (Running shorts)?
Question:I dont have a clue what the stain is its almost like clue or something. At first it showed up on one pair and now on two pair. Its a hard stain looks like white paint. please help I just bought these to run in and such and they look horrible.

Soak in cold water while you go to store and in laundry soap aisle get yourself a stain stick and then go home and use it on wet stain and then immediately into washer while still wet. If they have been wet and dried since the stain got in them, nothing will take it out as that sets a stain permanently.
well if it's paint, then I don't know. However, U can try soaking them in cold water with some detergent over-nite, then spray some stain remover on the spot & throw them in the wash-maybe 2x.

It could be chewing gum, It always leaves a hard stain, I can suggest this, If it is paint, try rubbing with a little turps, or white spirit, then wash in warm water and soap. Do this by hand wash, don´t put them in the machine or the machine and the rest of the clothes will smell of the turps/ white spirit. If you think it might be chewing gum, then whisk up 1 egg white, pour over the stain and leave for 10 min´s , then wash on a normal wash. Think back, did you at sometime have chewing gum in your pocket?. Hope this helps you a little . The egg white by the way is not a joke, it does work to remove the left over stain that 100 % chewing gum always leaves be-hide even after you scrape of or wash
If you haven't washed them use the tide pen. I bought it while out one day and got grease on my shorts I was surprised it worked. Now I use it on everything. But if you have washed them use simple green if it is a grease paint like pain it will get it out. Good Luck.
I usually use the pen for my husband while out for dinner never fails to work.
