Which is better?

Question:liquid or powed dishwashing soap and why?

Answers:
liquid... consumer reports rated the costco brand (kirkland or something) number one

liquid. powder gets clumpy and sticks to the clothes.
liquid
I use liquid because I have had powder soap get wet, never dispense, and dry into a brick.
Both so use the 2 in 1 action packs because both have pros and cons with them together you get super sparkly clean dishes
@ my house we use Cascade actions packs in the reg. was bc they are liquid and powder tablets
and we also use liquid in the prewash
it works great
Good Luck :]
Liquid. I think it's easy to use, more protective. If I use powder dishwashing, my hands turn dry and sometime feel itchy.
Liquid. I just started using the costco brand, and it is better than the national brands. If you have a dollar general nearby, their store brand is just as good, too. Better than the national brand as well.
According to the Soap and Detergent Association, the only difference is texture. For laundry, powder (granule) detergents work as well as liquids. But it's very important to use the correct amount -- too much or too little is not effective. I prefer liquid because I think it's easier to use, and it doubles as a spot pretreater.

Remember, don't put dishwashing detergent that is meant to HAND-wash dishes in the dishwasher. It will create a mountain of suds! Use only products designed to work in your automatic dishwasher.
