How do I clean a beaded window scraf. It is cotton and fringed with dangling beads on both ends?

Question:The problem is if washed by hand, - it really does not get too clean - it seems to dry with 'dust' on it. If washed in machine or dryed in machine, then the beads get tangled. Any suggestions?

Soak it in Okyclean in the kitchen sink a couple of hours or over night rinse with warm water then hang it over a plastic hanger in your bathroom. I have done this with lace curtains and other things and it works very well.
