There are Cleaning Products available at most Pet Stores specifically for "Pet Stains" or just say Urine. Take the Covers off if you can, and Scrub or Soak in these. If you can't, You'll have to Scrub a Lot.

In the laundry isle at walmart there is a product called odoban it even gets rid of cat urine smells. Just follow the directions on the bottle.
