Is there any thing that will take permanent marker out of my couch?

no there is not. if it's permanent marker then your stuck with it. Bleach is not your answer in case you thought about that, you'll just damage the material. You could try a miracle cleaner like you see on tv but I still doubt you'll have much luck.
