I know that on clothes you can spray aerosol hairspray on the ink stain and then it will wash out. Some thing in the aerosol hair spray that causes it to come out. But it has to be an aerosol one or it won't work.
When I use to work as waitress I learned this, pens marks were always getting on my uniforms. That's when some one told me about this.
So that may work for you. Spray it on and leave it for a few minutes then clean it out.
You may want to spray it in a spot that is hidden first to make sure that it won't hurt the fabric before you go for it.
