How do I get the algae out of my pool using ordinary hosehold products?

Question:is there a way to keep my pool clean with products I might have in my cupboard?

Answers:
Actually you could use chlorine bleach to kill the algae, but you'd need a crapload of it. It would probably be cheaper just to buy pool chlorine.

you can not use any house hold products in your pool .thats why they sell pool supply just for that

We always used Clorox and Baking soda...Depending on the size of the pool you are gonna need a WHOLE LOT of it!!
