How do you clean glue?
Question:How do you clean glue from a glue stick off a sliding glass door? My son put it on there and the house we are in is a rental. I tried melting it off with heat but that didn't seem to work.

Use a Product called Desolvit. Available at Hardware Stores
Try rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover or goo gone.
Do NOT mix them.
just use water and scrub it really hard

Most places sells a glue remover at the same place where you see the glue.
You should be able to scrape it off with a plastic scraper (I use a old credit card or something similar) and just scrape it off then use glass cleaner to get the tidbits left over
