How can i get ink off my counter top?

try one of those magic erasers i got ink off my wall with it ,my mom used to take ink off things with toothpaste (white not gel)

Try to use rubbing alcohol. Just pour it in the stain and let it set. It should come out in about an hour depending upon the severity of the stain.
Try fingernail polish remover. It worked for me.
