My sister marked on one of my books with marker.. any way to get it out?

Several possible solvents, depending on the type of marker:
apply any of these with cotton swab (Q-tip) or cotton ball
rubbing alcohol
hair spray
nail polish remover
Goo Gone
if the marks are on pages rather than the cover, use a paper towel to absorb the solvent
buy a new book
Put your oven on 525 degrees and put your book in there for 4 hours, the marker stuff will be gone.
is it in the pages? if its on the cover try using an alcohol pad.
