What is the best way to clean a garage floor?

Remove everything from the garage floor. Sweep the floor completey, and hose it down if you like. If it's oil stains you want to remove from light concrete use Soft Scrub Lemon, got this advice from a paving company, although bleach may do it. Cover the area of the oil spot with a coating of the Soft Scrub Lemon (has to be lemon, they said) until it covers all of it thickly to the outer edges, not enough to run off. Let it stay at least a day. The sun does help, so it may take 48 hours. Rinse a spot off, and see the results. If the stains gone completely, it's alright to rinse the rest.
If it's a darker floor, you need a different cleaner. You may want to bleach the entire floor if there is adequate ventilation, you aren't sleeping directly over the garage, and the neighbors don't object.
Powerwashers are good for siding on homes. although they may work on floors I have never seen these used except for siding.

Power Washer
rent a pressure washer
you can use a power washer or hose down and use a paint stain
it really depends on the floor and if it has stains.
Generally speaking a shop vac is better than sweeping. different stains require different treatments-need more info
I would rent a power wash if I didn't have the money for that I'd sweep it out as good as I could. Then I'd take some dish soap and a hose to clean it. Rinse it well.
A while ago I used to maintain and clean concrete sidewalk at a shopping mall. They had all kinds of stains on them. )(Mostly coffee stains) and the best way I quite by accident found that got rid of them was to sprinkle bleach on the concrete, wetting it down first. (try using a spray bottle with the bleach). Let it set for about 10 minutes, then hose it down and you will find most of the stains gone. Oil and grease stains may not succumb to this treatment.
Get some Bartenders Helper,it is near the comet in supermarket and then get some George Foremans knockout(near the windex)..I don't know why this combo works, but it gets mold and mildew stuff out,so I bet it would bleach out a carport.I think I will try this, too! if it does not work, well, you will have tried and have some new powerful products to get that bath-tub spotless.
i will hire 5 indian worker , ask
them to work 24hrs a day for about maybe
5 day to clear all the unwanted stuff in the garage
and i go on holiday.

When i come back n still not in good shape,
i will cane them 1 by 1...
