its very simple.
take some ice and apply it on the stain.freeze the stain.then scrape it off carefully without damaging the leather.
depends upon the color... peanut butter will work but it may leave greasy stain more eaily seen on lighter colors.. Goof-off works but it may remove some of the color which may be more noticeable on white or very dark colors.. Do not use the spray goof off use the liquid.. try either on a place you will not see first to see what it does to the good leather.

Kerosene will do, but if you hate the smell then use any perfume spray it, wait for 2-3 minutes then wipe it carefully.
