How to keep clear & clean my water pond, even if I wash the filter every week it becomes so cloud and filt.?

Question:

Answers:
If it is an outside pond and doesn't have fish, you could use bleach. Pour a cup or two in every two or three days. It will get rid of all the bacteria in the water and will evaporate out without hurting anything. Have done this with kiddie pools and it keeps the water clean. It also prevents anything from growing in it.

Do you mean fish pond? If so the filth is coming from the fish.( normal excrement) In addition to filtering get some plants that cover the water surface. Water lilies for example. The less light that penetrates the surface the less algae will grow and the cleaner the water will stay.
You may not have a strong enough filter to recycle the amount of water your pond contains.
