you put it in the bin and buy another one, if it is starting to rust then it's going to rust all the time. Just nip into superdrug or tesco, £2.00 = new umbrella
plastic does not rust
As far as I know plastic doesn't rust. lol.
easy, bit of bleach and some washing detergent, no worries.
