HELP! Tiny fruit flies have invaded my home, how do I get rid of them?
Question:They are in the bathroom and surrounding my stoves fan/light thing. They are getting on my nerves and I need them gone fast! Any suggestions will do, thanks!

To get rid of fruit flies, place a dish of white vinegar on your counter (or near where they are most active).

Remove all open food and fruit from the countertops and spray the kitchen with bleach kitchen cleaner. They will leave or starve.
i would call an extermionator or most likely you have a dead animal or something like that in your wall and you should get it out.
Fruit flies have an extremely sort life span and the problem will take care of itself providing you have removed the source. Make sure there is not open food, spoiled produce etc laying around.. Wipe everything down. Within 1 to 2 days they will all be gone.
the cheapest way is fly traps i have done it and it works.
You must FIRST locate the source of the flies and dispose of it,usually it is food,or garbage that hasn't been disposed of and is producing the pests.Once you have gotten rid of the source the flies will disappear.Spray some flying insect insecticide if absolutely necessary.
well if u want to get rid of them without harming anything or any one in the house,dont use any spays,those r pestcides and they WILL harm u,but i had the same problem,just have any bitter or sour veggies that hav gone a little over ripeness like spinach or collard greens,put them in a bag thats vented,hang it outside,that will attract birds and other fly eating creature,leave a window open for 3 to 6 weeks and th flys will b attracted by the veggies too,so
fruit flies + bug eating creature + bitter/sou veggies = natural bug b gone
